Windmills ADOPTED

these pokemon are very happy and spend all day everyday drifting through the skies by even the smallest breeze. they use the sun to absorb energy and then use the energy for themselves and recently have been used for human energy consumption. when they want to propel themselves faster they will spin the leaves, or petals to spin at fast speeds to blow themselves.

they are grass/flying type

the first evolves into the second at level 13
the second evolves into the third by leveling up while in the shining garden (area in my region)
