this pokemon is believed to create and use a special form of water that can cure disease, bring happiness, and even reverse aging. they are very happy pokemon and will gladly share their special water. they are very hard to find, but are commonly found in that area.

the first is water type, the second is water/fairy type

the first evolves into the second if female and at level 37
