a remake of my acid cloud fakemon frozenfeather.deviantart.com/a… and i incorporated design aspects from frozenfeather.deviantart.com/a… as well

these pokemon are believed to be created from the air pollution from humans. they are very poisonous and noxious pokemon. they gather in large clumps in the air often times blocking out the sun. they produce such venomous air that nothing grows around where they live. they can also produce water attacks which may contain a little acid in them.

they are poison/flying type

the first evolves into the second via leveling up in a sky battle
